Here at L'chaim Foodbank, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding, for over a decade, we have been determined to make an impact. A single goal drives the core of our efforts, providing a safety net for those in the most vulnerable position. To do our part in making the world a better place for all.

L'chaim Foodbank works with an extensive range of manufacturers, suppliers and retailers of food and household goods. These relationships have enabled us to source large quantities of food, household and hygiene products and distribute them to needy families and individuals daily in Greater Manchester, particularly in Salford, Prestwich, Crumpsall and Whitefield. We specialise in Kosher supplies.

L'chaim Foodbank also runs a thriving clothing centre that provides clothes, baby items, school wear and stationary to families and children in need - we cater to over 30 households per week in private and public sessions. We also serve as a furniture clearing space, where we match furniture donors to recipients.

L'chaim Foodbank prides itself in working with over 35 organisations, community leaders and health providers to reach and service those most vulnerable.
The L'chaim Foodbank is the lifeline for struggling families and those who have hit a crisis while combating food waste.
